Clash with NOD32 & Outlook2003 ?

Hi,

I am a new member in this forum. I have NOD32 installed on a Citrix server (Metaframe 4.0). It is Win2003 Server where NOD32 has IMON & EMON disabled. When we try to run Outlook 2003 the outlook hangs after NOD32 is installed. It was working fine before NOD32 installation. What could be the reason ?

If we uninstall NOD32 and reinstall MS Office then outlook runs fine. Is there any solution to this as server is running without anti-virus protection ??

Have you searched the forum for other Outlook issues? Answers will be such as making sure Office is updated with patches and service packs from office.microsoft.com ...or MicrosoftUpdate if you run your TS from that.

Was there a prior antivirus? If so..have you removed any COM+ add-in remnants from it from with Outlooks advanced settings?

 

I have Outlook 2003 and Nod plays OK with it.
