    The traffic figures are a percentage of the used traffic rate, not maximum traffic rate. ie. cmdagent may be using 85% of the traffic but it might only be 85% of 5KB/s. If you have cloud lookup and AV updates enabled, this could be the reason for cmdagent connecting out so often.

    The AV updates where scheduled every 4 hours, so i guess it comes down to the cloud lookup as far as cmdagent is concerned...hmmm.
