    Panda cloud AV.
I've tried a couple of links with Panda cloud w/ CIS 5 running. It did pretty well. Even against 0-day. What it didn't catch CIS did. It either caught it or sandboxed it or restricted it.

Auto sandboxing is not virtualizing file system and registry writes, regardless of the "Treat unrecognized files" selection. Manual sandboxing works fine.

Those switches seem kind of redundant anyway. If you're not virtualizing the file and registry writes, is it really "sandboxing"?

I am getting the auto-sandbox popups now, however.

The settings in Execution Control aren't very intuitive. If you don't have "Treat unrecognized files as" checked then the "unrecognized files" feature isn't even used and the following settings regarding unrecognized files have no effect. This disables auto-sandboxing as well. They need to integrate these tabs somehow and show the relations between them.

There should be an option to have unrecognized files run in a normal security context as well, and just have them sandboxed, with file/registry writes disabled, and have D+ take care of any potential malicious behaviour. Many programs won't even run when run in a limited security context so you have to open the Comodo interface and set the file to trusted.

No,i uninstalled the AV for the moment...although strange things happens...with CIS full installed, everything is ok.But if i use it with another AV,the cfp.exe eats very often as i said in a previous post 40-50-60% of CPU.I guess Comodo doesn't wants another AV near to its "baby".:D

    Hi:

jmonge thanks for reply but I need a free supplement to CIS-5 and prevx free is no good since it does not block or clean infections and only detects them. I am too poor (bad financial situation) right now to buy and need a free software. Any other suggestions? Thanks in advance.

Having the sandbox be able to restrict unknown software is awesome. :) How do you get the different themes?

CIS5 doesn't work in VirtualBox and VirtualPC. That has to be the first program in the entire history of VM that fails to run in them. Bravo Comodo. You managed to do the impossible.

Something else to take note of: If you use the manual sandboxing feature via right-click or with the list, the sandboxed programs will run with the security level defined by the "Treat unrecognized files as" selection on the Execution Control Settings tab, regardless if you have that feature enabled or not.

im using it alongside mse(security essentials), and geswall free, although i wonder if geswall is redundant...

avira free is another good choice

You shouldn't run 2 AV's at the same time.
You can run Immunet Free alongside any other AV due to Immunet is designed to work together with other AV's like Prevx,http://www.immunet.com/
You can have Comodo and Immunet at the same time.

If you feel unsafe only with CIS full (although you shouldn't,is the most powerful suite available imho) ,you can try run along with it Panda cloud free.
I used this combination for a week or so,but honestly,i considered it redundant and i uninstalled Panda cloud.

You shouldnt do that, panda cloud is a complete AV like CAV, so 2 AV's cant work properly at the same time.

CIS 5 works well with panda cloud. I haven't had any problems using both. My experiance is that it picks up somethings that CIS doens't. I wouldn't have any reservations recommending it someone. Of course with that being said it might not work for someone elses system.

Well....it worked for me and it work for you too.The probability to work for many others out there is very high...or very low....or not at all.

@jmonge, I've been wanting to test CIS V5. Sounds like you're liking it. Does it give enough layered protection to use all by itself?
