Many thanks, mood! :thumb: I see that 2 of the 5 security fixes were reported by Microsoft. Don't recall seeing that before, although it probably has been the case and I failed to notice.

FWIW, I had to manually update the Crowd Deny component in Chrome on two different machines. All other components were updated on their own. Also, one machine encountered an error (error code 4: 0x80070005) during update, but restarting the update fixed that.

I checked for updates but it did not want to give it to me yet. Said it was up to date.

Yes, a bit too early yet, evidently. I could not update either, Dragon. In due time... in due time. :)

Also note you may want to disable this...

''File System Access allows web apps to interact with files and folders on the users system directly after the user granted access to them''

TY stapp for the download blocking heads up. This info will help a lot of users. And where do I find the setting for File System Access? And isn't that essentially what users do when they install Chrome extensions?

I believe you can disable it with a flag, however I am not sure which one in Chrome browser itself. In Vivaldi (Chromium 86 branch ) it's under Experiments...Native File System api.

Okay, I've disabled it. TY! I still wonder if this sort of permission exists when Chrome users install an extension?
