Yes, I wouldn't want to live in China.

Well, that's certainly a new way, to (state sanctioned) "officially" reprimand someone(s). 0uch?

Yes, but look at the US--every other week a nut-job is wreaking havoc and seldom is there some pro-active safeguard, only after the fact. There is something you can learn here, even though it may seem oppressive and intimidating. With China's having over 1.3 billion people, OK, you're more like a number. Easier to manage and control.

China is just different, I think. And they're also much less fully integrated as a nation than even the US, let alone most Western countries. Many people in some regions consider themselves unwilling citizens.

    Agree.

And for conversation/debate purposes, therein enters another consideration to take into account. What's the next form of banning and human leveraging to gauge other aspects within a citizen's DATABASE.

Yet again, a machine is still a machine. Hacked into and promptly but secretly amended, in what way does one defend if the (human) rulers of such collected data rely strictly on what the details bring about on them.

In US as suggested, negative matters are indeed way too much on the upswing and a properly coordinated/monitored type system COULD POSSIBLY? prove beneficial?

I dunno. Things such as this are in their infancy in china (perhaps elsewhere) but if taming the unruly proves out?.........
