    Yes it does, maybe this is also a reason for that renewed ICP license. The "Green dam" firewall is free to any one who purchases a computer (the computer companies pay the license fees) China hasn't sold any of these computers yet and the company is already on the brink of bankruptcy. Green Dam’s developers were also sued by Solid Oak software for allegedly stealing code from their CyberSitter Internet filtering software.
