Is there any reason why after performing a Smart scan - 227501 scanned objects, that the Charon directory contains 660 NFI (Nof Idea?) files totalling around 58 MB, and the CACHE.NDB file has grown to 233+ KB? Seeing as these NFI files are never submitted to ESET, I just end up deleting them as well as the CACHE.NDB file and then reboot.
If you don't want to use ESET Live Grid then disable it instead of deleting its database every now and then.
