If the one in your account doesn't work properly, then you'll need to get Acronis to provide you with a custom build that does. Once you have a working build, the procedure should work as the problem now seems to be in the Linux kernel rather than the booting process. I did try the standard files from my DD 10 (2,160). It booted and the resolution changed okay, but it couldn't see my hard drives. The downloaded ISO's files could see my drives.
