    Hi,

This might sound abit petty. But is there anyway to change Ewido's icon in the system try. All my icons look neat, except that BIG ugly yellow E letter.

Hmm, it should... However, depending on your display settings and OS version it could look different (too few colors etc.)

Its the same colour and look as your avatar, isnt there anyway to actually change the icon ? I've come across a few apps in the past that allowed you to change theres.

It's been a while - but one traditional way of accessing program icons in order to change them was to use this freeware program:-

    Resource Hacker

Many thanks Eye's Open, many thanks for the link. It does seem its the perfect app for doing such a thing. But unfortunely Ewido doesnt seem to like it, as it comes up with a messge saying theres at least one part of the program has be modified, and says to update to fix it. Oh well, looks like i might have to put up with the ugly sight after all.

Even if did work for SPEEDY6128, he still would have to redo all the work when there's an upgrade. :doubt:
You also need to know what you're doing, not forgetting that by modifying the app you could be in violation with the EULA.
    Just my 0.2 eurocent. ;)

Go down to your taskbar, right click and untick 'lock the taskbar'
Right click the task bar again and select 'properties' then click 'customise' select the ewido shortcut and choose 'always hide' in the behaviour column.
Right click the task bar again and tick 'lock the taskbar'
