change defaults Tor Browser Bundle

    In the past i used "Torbutton"with firefox ,this was a bit problematic sometimes, now i started using "Tor Browser Bundle" this works perfect.
    I don't know much about portable apps, so my question is :how can i alter the portable profile and make it persistent?

    I must not have been clear; i don't want to alter tor settings , i just want to be able to ( using the browser bundle), to make a bookmark , install an extension etc, and have these save in the portable firefox.

    did you try saving bookmarks, adding extensions to see if they are kept?

    How stupid of me ! :oops: Just because history is not kept i somehow assumed all changes were disregarded, wrong, indeed the bookmark was kept.
