Chameleon – Make Windows Transparent

I am looking for a method or a software which works in Windows 7 and makes the same thing like:

Or, if you know a method/software to work this software in Windows 7

All I whant is to have my browser transparent to see the windows behind it, and in the same time to surf into the web sites pages.

I search for a browser which makes that, but no result.
