Comodo FW won't because it doesn't have an antivirus.
Comodo Internet Security probably will (I'm not sure because Comodo said Microsoft doesn't like when 3rd party softwares disable its built-in security SW)

But it does disable Windows Firewall, as it should. It is a relatively new feature that CFW automatically disables Windows Firewall.

Well, actually, in the past it was like that, then they stopped because of what I said:
In the last few years my understanding was that you should disable Windows Firewall, but keep the service on. Then, they said you can also keep Windows Firewall on, but they didn't clarify whether or not this may cause troubles with rule priority... so, maybe now they have found a way to manage this

I recently discovered that Windows Firewall is still not disabled by Comodo Firewall.
In Windows 10, the WD security center tray icon says that CF is the firewall, but it is not telling the truth. If you look in the old-fashioned Control Panel, you will see that Windows Firewall is still running.
