Good point. Chrome is good software, but software doesn't have to be bad to be "potentially unwanted". Chrome is installed on pretty much every computer I work on and most customers don't know what it is or how it got there. It can be a problem when it replaces IE as the default browser and then people don't know what happened to their favorites, toolbars, etc.
