casinopalazzo.com problem

hi....im a newbi at this spyware stuff and need sum big help....i have adware 6.0 and sum other malware removal stuff but they arnt picking up this casino palazzo problem....

everything is fine on my comp untill i open windows explorer...my home page is fine but after like a min....a new window will pop up with casino palazzo on it and there will b an icon called "best online casino" on my desktop.

i went to properties on da icon and it sez its in "windows explorer/iexplorer.exe" then sumthin with casino palazzo at the end of it...

i chekced all my running proceses and they r all normal....help plz....i dont no wat to do anymore
