    Marcos'

Please have the engineering team fix eset 4.0 in regards to the web module blocking and causing issues with carbonite backup service. I put in a support ticket for a customer of mine and have not received any support yet. PM me for details.

FYI i did all the exclusions for the Folder path and all the files in the folder and yet still i doesn't work. Program works only when i disable the web module. Fix this once and for all.

Anyone able to help get these engineers working on a fix, and not a workaround.

Being rude is much more likely to get you ignored. I know I would ignore (but probably not the problem) you if I was an ESET support person here.

Since this issue requires replication at ESET's part, I'd suggest contacting your local distributor who will escalate it to ESET if they are unable to help you.

Its easy get carbonite, and run eset, full protection. it blocks all the web related functionality.

Aparently carbonite knows about it, http://cp-carbonite.kb.net/display/4/kb/article.aspx?aid=1796

of course it seems those were written for 3.0.

My end user didn't buy from me he bought online from eset, and we still have yet to receive any reply emails, what the heck is going on. I feel bad my reputation is at stake here.

Eset support fails again. Customer disappointed another image of the company stained. Oh well, I hope they help us get a prompt refund.
