Can't Register TI 7

    Hi,

    I upgraded from Acronis True Image 6.0 to 7.0 (build 584) back in May of 2004. I recently decided to attempt to update the program to the next build, but couldn't remember if I had registered the product.

    I did the "forgot my password" thing and put in my e-mail address in case I was registered, but got no response. I then tried to register the product through the website, but the site says that my serial number is not valid.

    I next sent an e-mail to the support folks at Acronis, but after 4 days, have received no reply.

    To the best of my knowledge, my serial number should be perfectly valid. Anyone have any suggestions on how I might update my True Image software?
