Can't open Acronis Bootable Media Builder

Hi

Using Acronis True Image Home v.10, I can't open the Bootable Rescue Image Builder.

The error message : "The application has failed to start because fox.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem".

I get the same message when I try to open the media builder for Acronis Disk Director v.10.

Re-installing Acronis TI didn't help : I get the same message. Also, I tried a google search for fox.dll hoping to be able to download it from somewhere, but no luck.

Searched for fox.dll on my hard disks, but it isn't there.

Any help appreciated. Thanks.

Thank you for using Acronis products

To resolve the issue please remove both programs using Acronis Clean Up Utility, reboot the computer to complete the changes and install the programs in the following order:

1) Acronis Disk Director Suite 10.0;
2) Acronis True Image 10.0 Home.
