Cant install products of Snap Deploy

    hi All,

    today i install the english version of snap deploy, no problems ;), but now i want to install the german version of snap depoly. I uninstall all files + regedit delete...

    Now the installer call me: A install is allready running, please close the first install, and run again?!

    you can help me, what i can do?

    Hi,

    seems that another setup-process is still running?! I expect you already did a restart, do you?
    Are there any Acronis services or processes running?

    no other process is still running, i allready reboot the machine and no other products are installed....
    .....
    but thx.... need help :(
