I am using True Image 9.0 build 2,302 and have installed OS Selector. I re-built my hard drive with W2k. Did all of the MS updates. OS Selector works - I have just one OS on the drive. I wanted to back up the W2k partition before I add a W98 partition. I tried to start True Image 9.0 and as soon as I hit Backup, I get an ertror message stating that it cannot find any hard drives, and gives the error message E000101F4. There is another hard drive on the same cable that has a W98 partition on it, and the drive is set to cable select. I was going to backup the W2k to a USB drive, make an image of the W98 partition to a USB drive, remove the W98 drive, and restore the W98 image back to the second partition of the W2k boot drive.
    Any ideas?

    Hello gbarden,

Please download the latest version of Acronis drivers, install it with disabled logging and see if the problem still persists.

If the problem still persists then enable logging by running the Acronis drivers installation package once again, reproduce the problem and collect the c:\snapapi.log file.

Please also create Acronis Report and Windows System Information as it is described in Acronis Help Post.

Submit a request for technical support. Attach all the collected files and information to your request along with the step-by-step description of the actions taken before the problem appears and the link to this thread. We will investigate the problem and try to provide you with the solution.

    Thank you.
