I use Acronis True Image Home 10 and Windows XP Professional SP 3.
I did a full backup of C: partition to my external USB drive. If I doubleclick on the tib file, it seems to be empty, but the file is more than 15 GB big. The file is correct, I can mount the file, but it is not possible to explore it with windows explorer.
If I copy the file to the local disk, everything works fine.

    Thanks for help.

Can you mount the file from within ATI? I don't think the Explorer function was added until version 11, but not sure since I rarely use it.

    Hello all,

Thank you for using Acronis True Image

You should be able to explore the backup file placed onto USB drive by means of Acronis True Image 10.0 Home.

kirin, please submit a request to Acronis Customer Service Department here, we will help you to find the reason for the encountered issue.

    Thank you.
