Can't check image

    I purchased True Image V8.0 today. After updateing it to Build 826, I successfully created an image for C drive of my SATA HD installed on Dell 8400 running Xp Media Center 2005. My problem is that I can't verify the image. When I click "Check Image" in the left pane, I got a read error message. I even uninstalled/installed the program twice, but no luck. Any suggestion?
