Cant Burn DVD+R Dual Layer on NEC 3540 Error, Please help.

Tonight i tried burning a RitekD01 Dual Layer DVD+R disk on my New NEC 3540 drive. but halfway through it has stopped and says burn failed.

What is wrong and what do i do, please help
