Can't access certain parts of webroot.com

Hi all,

today I transferred my WSA license from a VM to my life system. While adjusting the settings to my needs I came accross the 'View available protection' link in the 'My Account' section that I haven't noticed before. On clicking the link the browser opens and starts to load the site but it isn't loaded completely. Instead it starts to load it again in quick succession. This happens with all three browsers on my machine (Opera, FF, IE). First it thought it might have something to do with the flash player update (version 11) from yesterday. But this isn't the case because my VM still uses version 10.3. and it happens here too.

Can anyone confirm this?

Could you copy the link shown in the browser so that I can take a look? I've tried it here and it does go through one redirection but it should then carry on to the destination page.

Is it possible that the reason is that I live in Germany and the product isn't available here yet. At least didn't find it on www.webroot.de

I removed the link just for safety's sake. However, when I clicked on it, I too was directed in the circle of "Connecting..."

I'll be forwarding this onto our web team and will let you know as soon as it is resolved.
