Cannot send confirmation message with outlook nod32 3.0.566

Dear sirs,

I have nod32 3.0.566, everytime that the sender ask me for confermation, I cannot send it, 'cause outlook says "not possible send confirmation message".

Sorry for my poor english, but I hope you understand anyway.

What can I do?

I've red something similar on

but it's not for me 'cause is regarding nod 2.7.
I've searched in advanced setup of my nod, but not finding what I need.


Please have you any help?

You use too old version .

This problem has been fixed in the new version . Upgrade to v 3.0.650

1. Download fresh new version of ESET NOD32 Antivirus 3.0 from
http://www.eset.com/download . Make sure that you choose the correct version.

2. Uninstall your current version from Control Panel
3. Reboot the computer when prompted
4. Delete manually these folders:

for XP:
- C:\Program files\ESET
- C:\Documents and Settings\All users\Application data\Eset
- C:\Documents and Settings\~username~\Local Settings\Application data\Eset

for Vista:
- C:\Program files\ESET
- C:\Program data\Eset
- C:\Users\~username~\AppData\Local\Eset

5. Reinstall your ESET software using the file you downloaded in step1 . Use typical install.

But I have only a 56k modem and for that it's a pain to download new version.
Is there any manner to fix my version without downloading a new one?
If there is no manner I certainly download the new version e do as you have kindly explained.

it's take's 20 to 30 min to download letest installer v650(19.5mb)

 

Unfortunately - NO . You really should download and use 3.0.65x build because it is much changed than what you have - 3.0.5xx build.
3.0.5xx are different story builds.

 

I,ve downloaded new file
then I,ve tried to delete C:\Program files\ESET
but I cannot
I've deleted them with killbox and with the dos (finish explorer.exe\prompt dos...cd programfiles\del eset)
Finally I have deleted all.

But when installing new version something going wrong: it tells me like down below

I've clean my registry but still can't install my new version.

Please help me cause I'm without antivirus.

Sorry but I can't view my images.

I think I've to remove some registry key manually, but i don't know whic one is to remove.

I've search any folder named eset but noone is found.
I've search in the registry every trace of eset even in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall
Nothing at all.
How can I solve it?

It's ok now.
I've had to do regedit
find all the entrance with eset
and manually remove all of them

But now it seems working

Now I'm updating last definition and after I will check if all was ok.

P.S. It was not easy as I used to think, but now it's all ok: I can send confirmation message with outllok e new version nod32.
