Cannot register trial version

    Hi

    When I run the installer, I get a message saying "Failed to register the product. Please try again later". I've tried this several times, what's the problem?

    i have the exact same problem... what's wrong?

    can an admin send me a link to an installer that doesn't require registration like in other threads. thank you.

    Either email support@acronis.com and ask for a link to a trial version which bypasses the registration step, or send a PM to one of the Acronis Support people on the forum and ask for the same thing. To send a PM, you need to be a forum member.:cool:

    If you have a firewall you will run into this problem. I had to temporarily disable my firewall and registration continued without a hitch.
