Cannot open socket

    When I first installed NOD32, it was able to update without any problems. Now I get the "Failure to open socket" error. I have windows firewall set to allow both NOD32 and NOD32 Control Centre. Any ideas.

    PS I will be updating my firewall soon!

    You may want to run the winsockfix found here .

    Ensure IMON is re-enabled after the reboot.
