I cannot install on Fedora Core 4 64-bit. I get:

Acronis True Image Server Setup failed to build kernel modules

    I did already:

    Installed: kernel-devel.x86_64 0:2.6.17-1.2142_FC4
    Complete!

    rpm -Uvh kernel-2.6.11-1.1369_FC4.src.rpm
    1:kernel ########################################### [100%]

    What else must I do?

I tried to log a call on Acronis support site:

    I get:

    Contact Acronis Customer Service

    Please check the following:

    * ATIP004668300000 — Serial Number is invalid

    o_Oo_Oo_O?

    Hello eugenevdm,

Thank you for choosing Acronis Linux Server Disk Backup Software.

Please note that by default yum command installs sources for the latest kernel. Please use uname -r to get name and information about current kernel. Use rpm -qa | grep KERNEL_NAME to check kernel sources version.

Make sure you uses the latest kernel package: kernel-devel-KERNEL_NAME.rpm (not scr.rpm).

Please also collect the following file /var/log/trueimage-setup.log

In addition, please create the Linux System Report the way described in this previous post. Then submit a request for technical support with the subject indicating that you want to contact Anton Sherkhonov. Attach all the collected files and information to your request along with the link to this thread. We will investigate the issue and try to provide you with a solution.

    Thank you.
