Cannot get Look n Stop to validate serial number

I purchased and have been using v2.04p2 for some time. I had to reformat my hard drive for other reasons.

When I reinstalled LnS, I inserted my serial number,
pressed validate. The program suddenly no longer validates the number. I checked the numbers I entered and they match the serial that I was sent.

I have uninstalled the program, reinstalled it, no luck. I even installed the new version 2.05b1. I cannot get the program to validate the serial number.

What's going on here? Thanks.

 

Oops; verify the Code # showing now matches the one you received Serial for, if the Code # has changed then the previous serial wont work and you’ll need to contact Frederic for updated Serial Info
