Cannot create new account

    I have been trying for several days to create an account and register my recent purchase of True Image 8.0. But I cannot get the system to accept my e-mail address and password. I always get a response of "check username and password and try again".

    Am I supposed to get a response before I can create an account? If so, I have not received one.
