cannot clean virantix.c or smitfraud...I need some help

    Norton and Spybot will not clean either the smitfraud or the virantix.c trojan...can someone help me? Thanks in advance for you time.

    smitfraud seems gone, still have virantix trojan

    I installed the new version of spybot and it didn't show any evidence of smitfraud....BUT, the virantix.c trojan is still present....norton just can't clean it out!
