cannot access router with eset5 beta 5

    hello
    i could not access my router(192.168.1.1) with eset beta 5 installed.
    i reinstalled 4.2.71.2 and now i can.
    any ideas?

    Please refer to my post. To start off, paste here your firewall log after carrying out the instructions outlined in my post. If necessary, I'll ask for the other stuff as well.

    i no longer have eset beta 5 installed,so i am not sure about getting any logs regarding the problem.

    i forgot to add that i could not restart my pc or shut it down by clicking on the start menu.
    i had to push and hold the power button to turn it off.
    I am not sure if this was related to eset beta 5 also.
