Can you ... Update kernel of Acronis True Image

Can you please tell me if it`s possible to update the kernel of Acronics True Image (driver for raid controler)

Thank you for choosing Acronis Disk Backup Software.

Please be aware that you can not update the kernel of Acronis True Image adding the drivers for some particular RAID controller on your own.

Please also note that the new builds of Acronis True Image with the better hardware support are being released rather regularly.

Could you please provide us with the more detailed information on the problem you encounter?

- What exact version and build number of Acronis True Image do you use?

You can find out by going to Help -> About... menu in the main program window;

- What operating system do you use?

- Let us know whether the problem appears when Acronis True Image is running from under Windows or in Rescue Mode (Bootable Rescue CD, Acronis Startup Recovery Manager);

- Provide us with the exact vendor and model of your RAID controller;

- Have you received any error messages? What exact error messages? When exactly have you received them?

- Describe actions taken before the problem appears step-by-step.
