can someone provide me a legitamit link for H_C firewall hardening rules also router question

i have H_C but not sure it came from legitamte source could someone provide a link of where i should get the download at?

also with security i have a xfinity modem with advanced security built in router, now would my network be more secure if i added an additional router to sit behind the isp's router?
