Can someone explain this Cyberfox phenomenon please?

Despite "Remember my browsing and download history" enabled and any "private browsing" extensions disabled, Cf does not remember my history between sessions while Ff does. It isn't an issue I really care that much about, more like I want to know why? Is it that Ff stores the history on the SSD while Cf puts it in RAM but can't access it then or something like that? All the browsing is sandboxed with SB but so are Ff sessions. Thank you!
I figured out it's Sandboxie. If sandboxed there is no direct access option for Cf in Sb settings.
