Hi All, I'm having some trouble with updating clients. I have two sites on different subnets with firewalls in between handling the routing between the sites. Everything at HQ, where the AV server is located is working correctly. However, I recently changed the default gateway on the AV server to reflect a new routing scheme we're using. After making that change, our other site won't update. When I change back to the old default gateway, everything works fine again. While on the new gateway, I can ping everything, routing works fine. It just seems that ESET can't contact the client to update, etc. I've opened ports 2221 and 2222 on both firewalls (one at HQ, one at other site). Any other ideas Any help would be appreciated!
