can not install or register my copy of True Image

I purchased True Image 8.0 at Frys. Tried to insstall it on my XP Pro laptop but the install program would not accept the serial number from the label stuck on the True Image Start Up Guide. The serial number label was stuck on over another serial number label. The program would not accept either serial number. I emailed Acronis Support and got a reply that suggested I download the latest build. I tried that but it would not download because it stated Invalid Serial Number. Please help as I would prefer to use your product rather than return it to the store.

 

It was my fault, a Z on the serial number looked like a 2. I can now install my copy of True Image.

 

I think that happens to us all at one time or another!
