Can not find cdaengine0400.dll

After running SPYBOT S&D, I get the following error when I reboot:
"Program files/wildtangent/apps/cda/cdaengine0400.dll" can not be found.
I have ran Hijackthis v1.97.7 and here is the log results:

Please advise on what needs to be done to fix this problem.
