Can No Longer View Specific Sites

I had a trojan that hijacked IE 6.0. I deleted several programs that were installed at the same time and date:

c:\windows\mstasks1.exe
C:\windows\secure.html which was set as my home page and spoofed as a error message claiming spyware was detected and redirecting me to some software site to remove it. Then pops up porn.

I found the main program that kept redirecting my home page. It was c:\windows\system32\system.dll After removing it, the homepage is no longer hijacked, however now I cannot visit any of the major search sites such as Google, Excite or Yahoo. I also cannot go to the Adaware and some of the anti-spyware sites. I have run Adaware and Spy Bot and Norton Antivirus. They find nothing. It has set up some type of filter as other sites such as this come through fine.
