I have a freebsd box I would like to take an image of and turn it into a VM.

Is this possible or does the universal restore only work for windows machines?

correction to my above post it's a redhat machine not freebsd.

in any case I did the image using the workstation product and it appears to successfully restore.

I boot the redhat cd to fix the mbr and boot loader and it always says no linux partitions are found.

If I fire up acronis like I am going to take an image of what I just restored it does show all the partitions.

    any ideas?
