Can I become a NOD32 reseller in Perth, WA

Would like to know if it's possible for me to become a NOD32 reseller in Perth Western Australia and would like to know the following:

1. Do I need to own/manage a business or can I do this independantly ?
2. What are the benefits ?
3. How would a customer purchase NOD32 off me ?
4. What would I need to know re the product ?

1. You would need to have an ABN number in Australia.

2. Trade price to you.

3. Marketing would be your responsibility, be it door to door, direct mail advertising, website etc.

4. Ability to install NOD32 and support your customer base.

3. So say for eg if someone wants to buy a NOD32 license off me, what are
the steps and how do they pay me ?

Sure, however you will still have to apply and be accepted as a Reseller by the Australian Distributor.

You will have to ask the Australian Distributor

1. You receive an Evaluation license which you use to install NOD32 on your clients PC.

2. You receive payment from your client

3. Apply for a NOD32 license via the Reseller Manager.

3. License is sent to you by email.

4. You email your client their license and keep a copy so when they lose it you can do them a favor and give it to them again for free.

5. If your instructions are clear enough you won't hear from your client until renewal time.

6. You send out reminders to your license holders 1 month prior to expiry so hopefully your clients will renew directly with you.
