    Hello superman2006,

Thank you for your interest in Acronis Remote Server Backup Software.

We are very sorry for the delay with the response.

Please be aware that Acronis True Image 9.1 Enterprise Server cannot back up virtual server itself, but it can back up and restore physical nodes as usual Windows servers. If the iSCSI\fiber disk is managed by the node that is backed up then Acronis True Image 9.1 Enterprise Server is able to back up this disk. In case this disk is offline Acronis True Image 9.1 Enterprise Server will not find it and will not back this disk up. In such a way Acronis True Image 9.1 Enterprise Server can back up nodes and virtual storage resources without any problems and there is no need to do any additional steps to back up a node within the cluster.

We recommend that you download and install the free trial version of Acronis True Image 9.1 Enterprise Server to see how the software works on your particular software\hardware configuration.

You can find the detailed instructions on how to use Acronis True Image 9.1 Enterprise Server in the respective User's Guide.

We also recommend that you take a look at Acronis True Image 9.1 Enterprise Server FAQ page and Acronis Public Knowledge Base.

If you are satisfied with the work of the free trial version, please visit Acronis online store to purchase the full version of the product.

Please also note that we have a flexible system of discounts and the amount of the discount varies depending on the number of copies you want to purchase. In case you are planning to purchase many copies (10 or more), please contact our Sales Team by filling up the Volume Licence Request form available at the Purchase Acronis Corporate Solutions page of Acronis web site.

If you have any further questions concerning Acronis software, please feel free to submit a request for technical support or post any of them on this forum. We will certainly try to help you in resolving any issues.

    Thank you.
