Camptune X did not expand bootcamp

Hi-- I have a new mac AIR with normally functioning bootcamp partion. I used mac disk utilities to shrink the MAC partition. This left 20 gb of space before my bootcamp partition. Windows 7 will not let you expand a boot partition using space before the partition.

I purchased Camptune X today. It ran without error, but when I booted back into Windows, the free space was still in front of my bootcamp partition. The partition had not been expanded using the space in front of it.

Anyone seen this? Has anyone used Partition Manager loaded in the bootcamp partition to expand that partition using space before it.
