bytes sent and received columns

I am having problem with the bytes received and sent columns, as well as the creation column. When I was using the trial version of the software I had no problems seeing the data. Since getting the registered version I have not been able to see any information in the recieved, sent, or creation, column. These columns have been particularly helpful to me and I would like to get the back. Anyone with any ideas as to the problem and possible solutions. I am running Windows XP Pro and I have Computer Associates EZ Armor Firewall runnning. Thanks in advance for your help
