    Build 3677 performs the backup to DVD but does not verify. It appears as if there are no files on the disks. What can I do to read the files or burn it properly? I've been using Acronis for years with Roxio but haven't been able to get any direct to DVD supported release to work to DVD. Oh yeah, and it takes a lot longer to perform the back up then it did with Roxio.

    thanks.

    Hello jzeisler,

    Thank you for choosing Acronis Disk Backup Software.

    We are very sorry for the delay with the response.

    Could you please provide us with the more detailed information on the problem?

    - What operating system do you use?

    - What type of DVD media did you save the resulting backup archive to? (-+R\RW)

    - How many DVDs does backup in questions reside on?

    - Describe the way you saved this backup to DVD(s) in detail;

    - Let us know what you mean exactly when saying that "there are no files on the disks"? What do you see exactly when you try to restore\validate the backup?

    - Does the problem appear both when Acronis True Image 9.0 Home is running from under Windows and when your computer is booted from Bootable Rescue CD?

    Thank you.
