Since the launch of version 9.0 in February we have of course been working on improvements. These are now ready, and once again we ask you for your help to improve BullGuard Internet Security.

Testing this beta update is not as comprehensive a task, though: all we ask you to do is install it. Once you’ve done that, we’ll know whether it’s working as well as we believe it is.

The update contains the following improvements:
    1. The overall memory consumption is reduced by 40%.
    2. The Antivirus engine needs 50% less memory during signature updates.
    3. The Antivirus engine activates signature updates 3 times faster, and needs less CPU time.

You can download the BullGuard 9.1 Beta from the following links:

Do they still use bitdefender, and if so does that mean bitdefender has the same optimizations?
