Thanks for the info. Bullguard uses bitdefender I believe right?

 

IIRC BullGuard uses Bitdefender antivirus and Outpost firewall. I'm not sure if BullGuard has some in-house components, such as some behavior blocker besides the B-Have of Bitdefender.

 

I thought BullGuard was all in house. Had no idea it uses Bitdefender and Outpost. Most recent tests have been pretty positive.

Also, at that same link above, if you scroll down a bit, you'll see Webroot Internet Security Complete for only $9.95 for three users or $12.95 for five users. These are some excellent prices.

 

Bullguard has some in house too in addition to Bitdefender + Outpost. Its web antivirus comes from a different company (I forgot the name)!! A very good deal IMO.

 

The best of two worlds...

I love BitDefender's antivirus but dislike its firewall. I also like Outpost's firewall but dislike its AV

Bull Guard's protection score was fairly good in the recent AV test report which is the most important attribute of any antivirus. The repair score was low but I've got other scanners that I use for repairs.
