build 2289 error

    I'm running build 2289 nightly to do a incremental backup. My backup files are stored on a network drive which I have mapped to a drive letter on the machine that TrueImage is running. Each night it runs the following error from TrueImageService.exe appears.

    "The instruction 0x77f58d2c referenced memory at 0xc868ae18. The memory could not be written."

    Any suggestions? Thanks

    please make sure that you have the correct access and write rights on the machine that you are writing to. this could be a "write rights" problem
