Just gone back to seeing corrupt error messages again with this build
After completion and verification of an image looks pefect and one relies on this infomation
Upon restoration and just 1/8 of the way an error corrupt message pops up
so I am left with an unallocated partion reboot and restore again. This time the seemingly corrupted image does restore successfully. This happened to me twice with this build
    Winxp pro Sp2
    thank you

    Hello vareniky,

Thank you for choosing Acronis Enterprise Disk Backup Software.

It's probably the problem is in the data cable of the hard drive or in the hard drive itself. Please try to replace the data cable and if the problem persists after that apply his hard drive to a nearest service center for diagnosis.

    Thank you.

    Hello vareniky,

Could also be a flaky RAM module. It's worth downloading and running <Memtest86+> for a few hours. There should be no errors in the results.

    Regards

We had the same problem in our test environment on a VMware server. Restore failed as long as the image was on the same harddisk as the destination partition. We moved the image to another disk and could restore the whole server without any problems. It seems to be a timing problem...
