Bugs ESET Removable Media Block

i have a problem with removable media security ESET, i want to block removable media in client computer. The removable media was succesfully blocked, But if user want to access disk management in computer management, the computer hang... and not responding..

in the other ways, disk management always detecting drive... not display my hard drive or removable media.

OS : Windows XP SP3 Home 32 Bit
ESET : NOD32 Antivirus 4.2.67.10

If you turn off the blocking of removable media does the issue go away?
