[Bug] Protocol filtering issue

XP Pro SP3, fully patched, Browser IE 8

Since upgrading to v4.2.35, I have found that I have to continually adjust protocol filtering to compensate for slow or no Internet connection problems.
This, I had not had to adjust in earlier builds.
Currently run protocol filtering as per screenshot.

* Bug - escalated to ESET ticket yet to be assigned, will amend post to show recommendations, if any.
